Return Policy for Online Orders

At Turkstra Lumber, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase, whether in-store or online. Our return policy is designed to provide you with options for refunds, exchanges, and cancellations in the event that a product is not required, not suitable, or is defective.

Cancellation of Orders:

  • Before Delivery: If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been delivered, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. You may contact us via phone 1-855-561-1114 or email customerservice@turkstralumber.com to request a cancellation.

In-Store Return Policy - Cash Customers:

  • Unopened items, accompanied by a receipt, in original packaging, and in saleable condition are eligible for a refund to the original method of payment or an exchange.
  • Items that are opened, damaged, or not in re-saleable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Returns must be made within 90 days of the original purchase date.
  • In the absence of a receipt, a credit will be issued in the form of a gift card using the lowest sale price in the last year.

In-Store Return Policy - Account Customers:

  • Unopened items, accompanied by an invoice, in original packaging, and in saleable condition are eligible for a credit to the account or an exchange.
  • Items that are opened, damaged, or not in re-saleable condition may not be eligible for a credit or exchange.
  • Returns must be made within 90 days of the original purchase date.

Pick Up Return Policy - All Customers:

  • All product returns picked up by Turkstra Lumber are subject to a $120.00 delivery charge.
  • Products must be in clean, resalable condition.
  • Returns must be made within 90 days of the original purchase date.
  • Credit can only be issued after a manager has signed off that the count and quality are accurate and acceptable.
  • Only the Branch Manager or Assistant Manager may issue the credit to ensure accuracy.
  • Delivery charges and restocking fees will not apply to defective products or products incorrectly supplied by Turkstra Lumber.

Special Orders:

  • Special orders cannot be returned without authorization from management.
  • If the return of special ordered products has management approval, a restocking fee will apply. Please refer to our Special Order Policy for more information.
  • Customers are required to sign off on quotes and orders, acknowledging any disclaimers or special conditions.
